You can access your other Mail accounts which support POP Access in Zoho mail. You need to enable POP access and get the Incoming and Outgoing Server details of the mail account you are trying to set up, from your Mail service provider. Learn more.
You will have a separate tab created and each of the POP account will be a separate structure maintained under your Zoho Account. Zoho does not support unified Inbox.

Currently Zoho supports only the configuration of accounts over POP protocol. We have IMAP client function in our road-map. However, we cannot commit on a time-frame on when it will be made available.
When you configure your Zoho account as IMAP in external clients, only the emails delivered to your Zoho account can be accessed via IMAP. The emails sent to your POP accounts cannot be fetched via IMAP.

When we retrieve email from your account via POP, if the number of messages provided by your Server exceeds 50000, we stop fetching mails for the POP account. Hence your POP fetch would have been automatically disabled.
To start fetching emails again, change the POP setting to 'Delete Mails from Server when I fetch here'. Steps to change the settings:
Once you change the option, you will be able to receive emails without any issues. Please be aware that by selecting the option 'Delete mails from Server', the email may be removed from your Mail Server after POP retrieval, based on the POP behavior of your mail server.
When you send an email from your other account directly, some POP Servers provides the sent messages to its POP clients. Hence those messages appear in your Inbox. You can create a filter to move those emails to your 'Sent' folder. Steps to create Filter to move to Sent Items:
Once you have created the filter, with sender address as the specified email address will be moved to the Sent folder directly.
If you need all the emails from Gmail, you can make the Fetching optimal by changing the Fetch settings of your account as follows.
However, Gmail might lock your accounts POP download if it suspects unusual activity in your account.
Gmail does not support configuring the Gmail Account in multiple POP clients in normal mode. Hence if you have configured your account in multiple clients you need to switch to recent mode of Gmail POP.
If you need just the recent mails, you can switch to the recent mode POP fetching in Gmail, which allows the download of only the past 1 months email to the POP clients.
Gmail stops the POP download when the number of email in the POP queue reaches a particular limit. To continue download, you need to clear the already retrieved messages in the queue.
If you face any issues in your POP retrieval of email from Gmail, Gmail might have locked POP download for your account temporarily. You need to unlock it from the Google Apps Captcha link. https://www.google.com/a/<your domain>/UnlockCaptcha .
