Zoho Docs supports all type of file formats except the executable files (.exe format). You can upload, store & share all type of files including ZIP and PDF files.

Below file types can be previewed in Zoho Docs :

Images : 'GIF', 'PNG', 'JPEG', 'JPG', 'BMP', 'TIF'.

Videos & Audios : 'mp3', 'wav', 'mov', 'mpeg', 'wav', wmv, avi.

Below file types can be edited online using our editors :

Documents : 'doc', rtf', 'docx',' html', 'pdf', 'txt', 'sxw', 'odt'.

Spreadsheets : 'xls', 'sxc', 'tsv', 'csv', 'ods'.

Presentations : 'ppt', 'pps', 'odp', 'sxi', 'pptx', 'htm', 'm', 'tex'.

You can re-arrange the folders and files the way you like by just dragging and dropping them in to the destination folders. A detailed walk-through for file and folder management is available here.

Folder sharing in Zoho Docs can be through Workspaces. You can create a new Workspace, upload folders to the Workspace and share the entire Workspaces with other users. A step by step tutorial to share folders via Workspaces is available here.

In your Zoho Docs home page, click on the 'Shared To Me' option available in the left menu, under 'Favourites'. All of you shared documents will be listed. You can further organize / move the files to your personal folders using the 'Move' option at the top.

Note : You can also use the links in the notification emails sent to you to access the documents.

To remove file sharing for a file or to remove a shared member from the file :

1. Choose the document and do a right click
2. Click on 'Share'
3. The shared & visibility details of the document will be shown
4. To remove a user from sharing, click on 'X'
5. To change the visibility of the document, click on the 'Change' link at the top.
