1.How do I Purchase Zoho Docs?
To Purchase an account - Go to Zoho Docs http://www.zoho.com/docs.
- Click on the Upgrade link top of the page.
- Select the plan you want to purchase and choose your subscription mode.
- Click on Confirm to upgrade your account.

To upgrade an account - Login to Zoho Docs http://www.zoho.com/docs.
- Click on the settings icon next to your username on the right hand side at the top of the page.
- From the drop down menu click on Subscriptions
- A page will appear showing the details of your current plan.
- Click on the Upgrade button.
- Select your plan and choose your subscription mode.
- Click on Confirm to upgrade your account.
3. How do I downgrade my account?
To downgrade an account - Login to Zoho Docs http://www.zoho.com/docs.
- Click on at the the settings icon next to your username at the top of the page.
- In the drop down menu click on Subscriptions
- A page will appear showing the details of your current plan.
- Click on Downgrade button available on the page.
- In the page displayed select the plan and click on the Confirm
button to change your plan.
4. How can I receive an invoice for the payment made?
For every purchase or renewal an auto invoice is generated and sent to primary contact via email. If you have missed the invoice, request one by sending email to

Yes, payment happens automatically at the selected subscription period. To stop the auto payment, you have to downgrade your service.

- In the drop down menu click on Subscriptions
- Your current plan details will be .
- Click on the Change credit card details button.
- A new page appears, enter your new credit card details and click on Confirm.
