Using .CSV File

Import your organization members by creating a new sheet and export it as a .csv file.

Steps

1. Create a new Sheet with header as Name, Password
2. Import the sheet as .csv file by clicking "Choose File"
3. Once you import the sheet, users will be imported to your organization
4. For instance, if your domain name is testzoho.com (use the domain verified with Zoho) , then a User added will receive email-id as peter@testzoho.com
5. Please verbally communicate the password to the corresponding user
6. During first instance of login, they can choose their username in Zoho

Import using LDAP Directory

LDAP

You can directly import users from your LDAP directory to your Zoho Docs account.Enter the LDAP server details. If you require more users to be added from another LDAP server please delete the existing server details first, enter the new server details and import users.
